How to Register

From the landing page, click on the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner of the page.Enter basic information about yourelf and business such as your name, store name, store email, and a 8 digit password.Click on the 'Sign Up' button to complete the registration form.You will receive an email with a link to verify your account.Click on the link to verify your account.You will be redirected to the login page.Enter your email and password to log in to the dashboard.

How to Connect your Payment Information (Stripe)

After logging into Innbocks website, Click on the 'Billing' button on the left side of the screen navigation.Click on the 'Get Started' button.You will be redirected to the Stripe website to fill out the credit card payment information.After entering valid credit card information, you will be redirected back to Innbock's website.You will notice a banner directing you to connect your Stripe account.Click on the 'Connect' button.

How to Connect your Bank Account

After connecting your payment information with stripe, you will be redirected back and lead to the 'Connect Bank Account' page.Click on the 'Connect Bank Account' button.Click on the 'Connect to Stripe' button.You will be redirected to the Stripe website to fill out the necessary information that stripe is asking for.After You have provided the information to stripe, You will be redirected back to Innbock's website.You will notice a successfull connection page.You have now successfully connected your bank account to Innbock.Allowing us to automatically deposit the funds for forwarding directly into your bank account.

How to Add Your Logo

After logging into Innbocks website,Click on the 'Settings' button on the left side of the screen navigation.Scroll down to the 'Store Logo' section.Click on the 'Click to Upload' icon.Upload your logo image.Click on the 'Update Settings' button.

How to Set Up your forwarding rates

After logging into Innbocks website, Click on the 'Settings' button on the left side of the screen navigation.Locate the 'Forwarding Rates' section.Enter the fixed rate for domestic Ground Shipping(we default this at $2.00 currently).Enter the fixed rate for domestic Expedited Shipping(we default this at $12.00 currently).Scroll down to the bottom of page, Click on the 'Update Settings' button.

How to Add a Customer

After logging into Innbocks website, Click on the 'Customers' button on the left side of the screen navigation.Click on the 'Add Customer Virtual Mailbox' button.You will notice a 'Send an Invite to Customer' popupEnter your customers information.Provide customer's name, phone number, email, and their physical rental mailbox numberClick on the 'Add Customer' button.You will notice a successfull message, and a new customer will be added to the list.

How to Scan Mail/Packages

Note***: You must have your payment information connected, and a customer added to your list before you can scan their mail/packages.After logging into Innbocks website, Click on the 'Mail' button on the left side of the screen navigation.Click on the 'Scan Mail/Packages' button.You will notice a 'Scan Mail/Packages' popup.Select a customer from the dropdown list.Select the type of item you are scanning, whether it be a letter(envelope) or a package.Click the 'Next' button.Click the upload icon to upload a photo of the mail/package.After Successfully uploading the photo, you will notice a preview of the mail/package.Click 'Next' buttonYou will notice the 'Anything Else?' screen/stepThis is an optional step, where you can add additional information to the customer about the mail/package such as the smell, weight, urgency, notes etc.Click the 'Submit' button.You will notice a successfull message, and the mail/package will be added to the mail/package list.
