How to Add a Customer

After logging into Innbocks website, Click on the 'Customers' button on the left side of the screen navigation.Click on the 'Add Customer Virtual Mailbox' button.You will notice a 'Send an Invite to Customer' popupEnter your customers information.Provide customer's name, phone number, email, and their physical rental mailbox numberClick on the 'Add Customer' button.You will notice a successfull message, and a new customer will be added to the list.

Step 1

Step 3

Enter your customers information.

Step 5

Provide customer's name, phone number, email, and their physical rental mailbox number

Step 6

Click on the 'Add Customer' button.

Step 7

You will notice a successfull message, and a new customer will be added to the list.
