How to Add a Customer

After logging into Innbocks website and successfully subscribing through stripe, Click on the 'Customers' button on the left side of the screen navigation.Click on the 'Add Customer Virtual Mailbox' button.You will notice a 'Send an Invite to Customer' popupEnter your customers information.Provide customer's name, phone number, email, and their physical rental mailbox numberClick on the 'Add Customer' button.You have now successfully created a virtual mailbox for your customer!!!! You will notice a successful message, and the customer will be added to the customer list table.

How To Steps

Step 1

After logging into Innbocks website and successfully subscribing through stripe, Click on the 'Customers' button on the left side of the screen navigation.

Step 2

Click on the 'Add Customer Virtual Mailbox' button.

Step 3

You will notice a 'Send an Invite to Customer' popup

Step 4

Enter your customers information.

Step 5

Provide customer's name, phone number, email, and their physical rental mailbox number

Step 6

Click on the 'Add Customer' button.

Step 7

You have now successfully created a virtual mailbox for your customer!!!! You will notice a successful message, and the customer will be added to the customer list table.
