Innbocks Vendor Terms of Service

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including postal, privacy, and data protection laws. You are solely responsible for secure physical mail handling and must notify us immediately of any breaches or errors.

4. Data Handling and Security

You are responsible for the security of the physical mail and any related data prior to or after it is transmitted to our system. We maintain robust security measures for the digital data we process.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital materials provided through our services are the property of Innbocks or its licensors. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use any necessary data for the provision and improvement of our services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our digital scanning and communication services are provided "as is" without warranties. Innbocks is not liable for any issues arising from the physical mail handling. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Innbocks harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your handling of physical mail or breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your vendor account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using our digital services immediately.
